It probably sounds like a hoax, but consider which books these are: The most widely read weight-loss and body training books out there. Hundreds of thousands of people have had success by reading these books. And I suppose you do have to do active things AFTER reading the books to maximize the benefit, so for good measure I'll throw in a couple non-book items that will help with your workouts."
