The list author says: "Here're some of the baby stuff that we enjoyed. Sharing with you to save you some research time. I'm putting this together when my baby is about 14 months old. There're a few items for newborns here as well. Will add more later..."
"We got this for our international plane ride since it's a quiet toy. Didn't like bending down all the time and looking for the pieces on the floor. Although it worked perfectly as a toy at grandparent's, since it's quiet and clean, and our baby (14 months) likes playing with it and offering to people what he fished up."
"It's good for those nights when the baby is tired and fussy and we still need to put clothes on him after bath. Although then he wants to stay up and play with it, so we turn it off. It says it's for an older kid but we got it when he was 9 months probably."
"This is for a younger baby. We used this religiously during the months where we're feeling helpless and clueless about how to get our newborn to sleep. The Rain sound helps to knock him out. Later we start to suspect that he actually wakes up when the sheep suddenly stops after 45 minutes. Regardless, it was something we highly respected and didn't dare to forget when we traveled."
"I think this is the large size, not sure. Love the softness of it, and swaddle me is much easier than the blanket swaddling. This is for newborn to probably 4 months (for our baby), but some folks might be able to use it for longer."
"Life saver once the baby gets more mobile and wants to explore every corner of the house before you're ready. We got two since we read that one was too small. But we got them from a guy on craigslist LA who were selling new ones for $90 each."
"If you're like me a year ago researching which carrier to get. Get the ergo, get the ergo, get the ergo! I tried all the leading ones, ergo is the best. My hubby got the sports one which he put patches on. It's actually softer and more breathable than mine. I also got the organic chew pads which I am using on our car seat straps these days."
