|What is Shop with Points at Amazon.com?|
|Shop with Points offers customers the ability to pay for purchases at Amazon.com using rewards such as points, cash or miles from banks or credit card issuers. After completing an easy registration process, customers enrolled in eligible programs may use rewards to pay for an order at Amazon.com in the same way that they would use any other payment method.|
|How do I use Cashback Bonus to pay for an order?|
|You can use Cashback Bonus to pay for all or part of your purchase by selecting the option to Pay with Cashback Bonus when you are checking out. After you choose the payment method, you also can choose the amount of the rewards you wish to apply. The amount of Cashback Bonus applied to your order is displayed as "Rewards Points" under "Order Summary" below the "Place Your Order" button. If Cashback Bonus is not applying to your order, click "Change" under "Billing Information" to use your available Cashback Bonus.|
|Are there any products I can't buy using Shop with Points?|
|Shop with Points is generally available to buy millions of products on Amazon.com. Please note, however, that rewards points cannot be used for all purchases on Amazon.com, and items that currently may not be purchased using Shop with Points include some digital goods, Kindle downloads, Subscribe and Save items, or AmazonFresh. Please also note that currently you may not use one-click to purchase products using Shop with Points.|
Linking your Discover Card
|If my card is already saved in my wallet at Amazon.com, do I still need to link my card?|
|If your Discover card is saved in your Amazon.com account and you have already made a purchase on your Card, you will be automatically linked so that your available Cashback Bonus will appear. If your Discover card is not saved or if it's saved but you have not yet made a purchase, you will still need to link your card. You only need to link your card once.|
|What should I do if I can't link my card to my Amazon.com account?|
|If you are having issues linking your card to your Amazon.com account, make sure you have completed the registration process. When you register you will need to provide the information requested and accept the terms and conditions. If you receive a specific error message while attempting to link your account, please follow the instructions on the error message or contact Discover at 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683).|

If you can no longer see your Cashback Bonus when you are checking out, please check to make sure you are still registered. The card does not need to be charged, but in the event you choose an action that increases the cost of your order, such as an upgrade to shipping, the card may be charged.|

|When Cashback Bonus is applied to your order total, you'll see the amount before you place your order. If you don't see Cashback Bonus, click the "Change" link in the Billing Information section. This will allow you to view your rewards balance or change how rewards are applied to your order.|

By using Shop with Points with Discover Pay with Cashback Bonus or Miles ("Rewards"), you agree to these Service Terms and the other Amazon.com Conditions of Use. Please review them carefully, together with our Privacy Notice, to understand our practices.
To use your Rewards to purchase eligible items at Amazon.com and any other participating platforms, your eligible program account ("Rewards Account") must be linked to your Amazon.com account through the registration process. If registration has not already been done for you automatically, you may have to self-register through the process described on this page. We reserve the right to restrict your use of Shop with Points or to deregister your Rewards Account from your Amazon.com account at any time in our sole discretion, including when we suspect misuse or fraud.
To enable you to use Shop with Points to purchase eligible items, Amazon Services LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "Amazon") may share information that you have provided to Amazon with Discover Bank and its affiliates (collectively, "Discover") and vice versa. This information sharing allows us to link your Amazon.com account to your Rewards Account and, once registered, Discover may provide Amazon with information about your Rewards Account, including your Rewards balance. We may also share information that you have provided to Amazon with Discover so that Discover can perform its functions with respect to the Shop with Points program, including processing payments made with Rewards.
Certain items at Amazon.com are not eligible (and may not be eligible at any other participating platform) for purchase using Rewards, and these items may change at any time. Rewards may not be used when making purchases with 1-Click. If you do not have enough Rewards to pay for your eligible purchase, you can pay for the remainder with the credit card linked to your Rewards Account, or an Amazon.com Gift Card or Amazon Payments balance. Your Rewards balance may be reduced to reflect the amount of your purchase at the time of your order, but in some cases it may not reflect your use of Rewards for pending purchase transactions until the purchase has shipped or otherwise been fulfilled. Rewards may not currently be combined with other rewards programs to make eligible purchases using Shop with Points at Amazon.com or any other participating platforms.
Returns are subject to Amazon’s returns policy. If Amazon accepts a return for an item you purchased using only Rewards, those Rewards will be credited to your Rewards Account. If Amazon accepts a return for an item you purchased using Rewards and another payment method, Amazon may, in its sole discretion, credit the return to the other payment method before crediting Rewards to your Rewards Account.
