Good info for beginners. Irritating to watch.
I love Kundalini and have been practicing for about a year. This self-described yoga talk show does toss out basic info for beginners. I'm struggling to enjoy it though. I find David's personality so completely overwhelming and frankly annoying. Adi's need to break from her normal conversational tone in order to read from teleprompter or cue cards any technical descriptions or definitions does not fill me with confidence in her ability to teach. I can't stick with this, sorry.

I would have paid for this.....
So grateful to have come across this series shortly after its release. In only a few days, there has been an inner shift that is exciting to experience. It's humbling to know that thoughts that you've had for years come out of other's (trained) mouths and stretches/poses you've done to 'squeeze the day out' turn out to be the same as those practiced for centuries. This show has whetted my appetite to continue to not only do a daily practice, but to learn more about yoga in general. I would seriously have paid for the quality of the content of these episodes. My thanks to Adi and David for sharing with the subscribers.

I do have a question about the practice and would welcome any knowledgable feedback. How do you perform alternate nostril breathing when there's narrowing of the nasal passage and it's hard to breath 'enough' air?

Thanks in advance for your instruction.

Definitely take the time to watch this show!
I love Kundalini Yoga and practice this daily. I LOVE this show because it is so helpful in understanding fully what Kundalini Yoga has to offer individuals and the transformations that can occur when we take time out of our day to look inward. David & Adi are phenomenol together and I enjoy that each episode you get to learn new aspects of being human and going through the daily aspects of life!

I would recommend this to anyone!! What a beautiful concept and follow through, thank you for putting this together I look forward to watching each episode!

As a Kundalini Instructor I LOVE that I have this beautiful show as a reference for clients, sometimes its so difficult to explain everything that Kundalini Yoga has to offer and Adi & David have done this soooo well!!

Sat Nam!!!

Expanding My Yoga Practice
I have long been a fan of the "Yes And" improvisational style as well as the brand of optimism that it engenders. I was happy to see a show that hopes to bring that together with yoga. I have never been exposed to the kundalini style of yoga and am enjoying the postures and breathing exercises that are included. Its a plus to see that these are real people with normal lives (not a guru living on an ashram) as it makes this far more relatable. Would love to see a webpage link that has references to some of the science and studies that are mentioned for further reading.

Thankful I watched this
We found Yes & Yoga shortly after it came out, since then we have watched it every day to help us guide our Kundalini Yoga practice. My husband and I have noticed a change in our lives since we have started following along with Adi and David. I am thankful this show was created as the lightheartedness makes it easy to digest while the energy Adi puts out while guiding us along parts of this practice makes it stick and make me want to come back for more.

We have been suggesting to all our friends and family and will continue to do so! Looking forward to information about Costa Rica as well!

So Blessed by this!
So blessed by this wonderful introduction to yoga. I love how they explained the meaning and took careful explanation and consideration to every step to guide me through the process. I actually came to know of this wonderful couple through my nutritionist Dustin Strong of Strong On Heath. So glad he shared with me this new awaking within me and that through him I was able to find Yes & Yoga.

I am grateful that the universe lined me up with Yes & Yoga!

I have a greatful heart today!
