I am So sorry for the bad review. Rick and Morty is fantastically amazing. I just got mine in today. My girlfriend and I are finally going through season 3 together. Big issue though, episode 5 (Whirley Dirley Conspiracy) is.... cut off? It is just... missing the ending of the episode. It cuts straight to the credits. There's no scratches or any reason it would skip and there doesn't appear to be any way to change settings or rewing or fast forward to the rest of the episode. It's just no there. There's no ending. Just.... jumps to the credits.
Please, I would like to be contacted if there's an issue with the actual product as I don't think there's an issue on my end. Please let me know if you have similar problem with your versions.
Got my dvd in the mail today and was super excited to watch. Then I get to episode 5 and the end is cut off! There is something wrong and I dont even know who to complain to. I know this is not an issue related to Amazon but a production or copy thing I think.
So I checked online to see if anyone else had this issue too, but since most people (like myself) just got it in the mail or store I don't know if anyone else has experienced this issue. Partway through episode 5 "The Whirly Dirly Conspiracy" the episode suddenly cuts out (right before Rick and Jerry get on the ship) and flashes to the credits. I checked the episode twice to make sure it wasn't just my console skipping and found the episode itself has a 16 minute and 38 second run time compared to the 23 minute and one second run time of the Vindicators 3: The Return of Worldender episode. I also checked the disk for scratches and found no issue there. I haven't checked the second disk yet, but I will definitely say this does bum me out. I hope it's only an issue with this one episode.
While watching the DVD, I got to episode 5 and about 7 minutes of content is missing from the undamaged disc. I've noticed other people having the same issue. Other than that, it's perfect. Rick and Morty for life.
I love Rick and Morty and I pre-ordered this season and being so psyched I watched the first disc and 5th episode ended out of nowhere and there are no damages to the DVDs or case. Please get back to all of us about this issue.
