Well, I wouldn't go so far to call it a piece of a sh--. As the the porch review so far as calling it, lol. But to me, this just seems like a half brained idea that ABC picked up to appeal to a certain demographic. I'll put it that way. And families. Maybe even the audience that the real or Neels had because I believe that show was also canceled. Anyways, when I first saw the show media thing I said to myself was great another show with lea Michele, and I don't mean that as a great! I mean that sarcastically, she was good on screen queens because it was a villain role she's known for being a villain, not a likable character, even in real life she tries to play the sticky sweet holes. And she's not. Look at the way for rookie boyfriend or fiance did for life. Isn't that squeaky clean... So getting to the episode I watched it. I don't think I laughed once, did it entertain me, yes, but the idea that a celebrity with a down following a career as a half baked idea of running for mayor and becomes mayor. Should have been done when Schwarzenegger and Gary Coleman and Mary Cary ran for office back in 2004 for even whenTrump was running for office to me. This show is a little late to the punch. I liked what I saw so far. I laughed maybe one, but what I buy the season. No, the episode was free so I watched it. I wouldn't spend 20 dollars on this show. If I would watch it on Hulu and that's it. That is as much money as I would invest in it, and I don't think it last any longer than the year at max, meaning when June ends. The show will end. This show has an interesting bent. I like that it is a black rapper pulling a stunt by running for mayor and ended up being voted into office. Reminds me of Man of the Year staring the late Robin Williams. I do hope that this show continues and I also sincerely hope that people in America will wake up and believe that good accidents can happen in the political arena as well. I am looking forward to the time when America can truly start voting her heart and not the status quo because they fear the unknown. I also hope that when voting from ones heart happens we'll find alot of Courtney Roses to vote for in all of our states.
Looks like a very interesting show and I can't wait for the next episode. I love the whole rapper/mayor theme. Politicians look out ... thats what we need is a politician with heart and a great sense of fun and humor. Thank you Brandon Micheal Hall!
