When there's a stupid plot, there's not much that acting can do to fix it. This? This was a stupid plot. A very, very stupid plot.

Work is work but you kinda have to wonder why these actors -- some of whom had pretty good careers before this -- would ever agree to do this project. Then you gotta wonder about the sicko who actually wrote this thing.

If you're considering watching this because there's nothing else to do, you're making a mistake. Literally anything else you could choose to do would be a better choice than watching this. Anything.

I expected more from Milo Ventimiglia. Since I am in the medical profession and extremely interested in Forensic Pathology as a new specialty for me, I found it to be pretty offensive because trained Forensic Pathologists are advocates for the dead. These bodies have family and loved ones who put their trust in these professionals to treat them with respect and dignity and to provide closure for families by revealing a cause of death. Academically, those who donate their bodies to medical schools for teaching purposes are grossly disrespected by how the body and their parts are handled. The general public does not need to believe that this behavior is normal in this profession. It's abnormal and not just sociopathic, but criminal.

There is NOTHING good about this movie.

Whoever came up with the concept of a bunch of unrealistically and unrelatably privileged and shallow psychopath medical students murdering people and having sex amid their blood and organs should be immediately locked up for their perversion.

Not a single character is likeable, relatable or socially redeemable. The plot is unfathomable. The gratuitous sex adds nothing to the story. There's no character development, so you have no idea why these psychos would go through years and years of medical school and training, just to violate their oaths and murder random people. A game? It's beyond ridiculous.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. I had to fast forward through much of the movie because the gratuitous immorality made me physically ill. By the midpoint, I needed to take a shower.

Unless you're playing a game to see who can suffer through the worst movie for no reason at all, don't waste your time.

I tried to watch this but I hate movies with bully punk jerks, and they went after the supposedly confident new guy first night of his new job. This actor is terrible, barely has speaking lines, 'forgot' he's engaged, the actors all were bad even the 3 stooges are better. Storyline sucks, some idiot medical examiners try to out wit each other (easy peasy) and KILL people so the others can guess how the person died. Struck me as DUMB storyline.

The bad thing about this movie is that there is no redeemable hero. The main protag is a killer, and due to his activities lead to his innocent fiancee being killed. The only saving guy here is the other doctor who initially befriends him but in the end, he too became a killer. Would have been better if he at least stayed innocent. This makes it like all pathologist have a tendency for murder.

I find it pretty common with movies of this type, the Deadringers, the Sleep Tights, the Possessors, the movies where there is no cookie cutter hollywoodesque redeemable hero or fair tale ending that in all of these movies there are reviews that dismiss the film for being a waste of time. Every single one. So the only thing I have to say in my review is that if you have an IQ above double digits and can enjoy a flick where no one wheres a cape and everyone is a villain, where its a story being told, ignore the reviews and watch it, it's worth your time.

Firstly what is that crap the main character says - that we are animals and we we don't need a reason to kill? That is the sickest thing I ever heard. Animals kill FOR A REASON, and not all species of animals, so again, wtf was he saying?
And what are the odds a group of doctors at the same hospital are all psychopaths, as portrayed in this movie?

Pathology reminds me of Flatliners with a devilishly twisted set of top notch medical students/doctors. To prove their God complexes they play a game. They kill I dividuals in very dark ways to see if the others can figure out how then they'd insinerate the bodies. Very interesting and dark take about inflated ego's.
