I read this book cover to cover but I have to say it was good but not great. A friend of mine introduced me to some of Janie Quinn's books and I was amazed at the wealth of knowledge these books contain. I agree that some other books have the same facts; but the way Quinn puts them on paper, you will never put the book down.

I highly recommend them to anyone, whether you are just a beginner or you have a Phd.

My favorite is her Sprouted Baking book. She writes about when whole grains are fully sprouted it will digest in the body like a vegetable. Very interseting.
