I received this product quick (thanks to Amazon Prime). The product was well-packaged for shipping; the carrying case with contents was inside a product box made of sturdy cardboard. This product box was inside bubble wrap and then inside a larger Amazon box that also had padding. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
I was somewhat worried as I heard a small clinking sound when unpacking everything. It turns out the two keys were inside the case between the foam and next to the top rightmost shot glass--that's what made the sound. Like I said, everything was fine but I would recommend to the manufacturer to have the keys inside one of the shot gas slots on the holster belt to prevent them from getting close to the glass items during shipping.
I bought this product more as a party novelty. All of the items are well-made. The two decanters and eight shot glasses are well designed using thicker glass. The decanters each have a metal cap that screws on to hold the liquid inside; the caps are functional but don't add a lot to the styling. You should get about four shots out of each decanter, so having eight shots glasses matches up before having to "reload".
The pourer fit easily into different bottles I had on hand and made filling the decanters easy. The pourer can then be used in a decanter to pour shots into shot glasses. It would be awesome if there were two pourers, so you could "double shoot" from both decanters.
The dual holster is very functional. The shot glasses fit in tightly to the slots on the belt. The gun decanters go in the holster part of the belt with a velcro loop that holds them in place. The whole belt goes around the waist and is joined using velcro. The holster is made of thick material and the seams are well stitched. My only concern would be the weight of the eight shot glasses and two filled decanters pulling down on the belt. Based on my very rough measurements, the holster should fit waists between 34 and 40 inches.
The carrying case is very well-made and seems durable. The case exterior is metal and sturdy, including the edging, hinges, and handle. The handle did seem to be more plastic than stainless steel, but it is sturdy enough. The inside is lined with foam that provides more than enough padding for the glasses and decanters. There is even a foam middle layer that sits between the padded items and the holster. There is a lock on each hinge. The two locks and keys are pretty basic and won't keep out a determined individual; I'd recommend the manufacturer switch to a higher quality lock if the intent is to keep anyone out.
The only thing missing from this kit was a 1-page instruction sheet. The kit is pretty easy to use and instructions are on the product page on Amazon. However, if the kit is to be given as a gift, it might be useful for the recipient to have the instructions.
This kit makes a great novelty gift and is here just in time for the holiday season.

One glass was broken and honestly these shot glasses are so dirty it's really off putting when you open the case for the first time. I didn't expect them to be pristine but it was so obvious how dirty they were that it kind of kills the excitement.I'm on a time crunch to get this to my family and I really don't have the time to be sending the whole thing back to be replaced so I'll be buying new shot glasses to put in. The left latch on the case doesn't lock in place. Sometimes it will stay down but as soon as you pick up the case, it becomes loose. I tried locking it with the provided key too, but that doesn't work either. The latch on the right side works perfectly fine.
I have yet to try out the gun decanters but will edit this review when I do.
