Our gymnastics junior bar is well constructed and made of heavy duty materials to make sure the high stability. This special designed gymnastics kip bar provides a much easier Assembly and disassembly and has a stronger, more durable frame. This bar features special knobs that allow for quick adjustment from 36" up to 59" at 2.3” interval. No plywood is needed to further stabilize the unit (as we recommend for the Jr. Kip Bar) and it takes a 4.2'x5' stamp on the floor.

We strongly recommend the use of gymnastics mat with the gymnastics bar. You can buy the gymnastic mats from us. Recommended ceiling height 8-10', depending on skill. Weight limit : 230lbs. Ages: All Skill Levels: Beginner- intermediate Portable: Yes Simple Assembly Steps: 1) Lay out all pieces within easy reach on a flat surface2) Install the base. Connect the base leg and 3 tie rods with socket head bolts and nuts, gaskets. 3) Install the support tubes on the base with socket head bolts and gaskets. 4) Insert the regulating arms into the support tubes. Then screw the knobs to adjust the left and right regulating arms at the same height5). Insert the rail into the top of the regulating arms then fix it with cross screw to make it stable an safe NOTES: Please make sure the bolts and nuts fastened to prevent shaking. (There is a install tool in the package, but you may need a extra plier or wrench when installing the base and rail to be firm). Adult supervision is required for assembly by individual under the age of 18. If you have any problem when assembling and using the bar, please feel free to contact us.  My kids have loved having this bar in the house. They will flip on this over and over again, which is nice for me since they exert some of their energy. I feel like it's sturdy when the bar is both low and high. I've had 4 young kids on it at once (I know it's probably not meant for that) but it has still held up and I have never felt like the kids are unsafe. The bar stays locked in place when I adjust the height too!

The pieces aren't all the same as they should be, and it's not lining up for "easy assembly." The holes are uneven on each side so each time I want to lower or raise the bar I have to get my wrench to unscrew the wood from the frame and lower each side by its own. If I let the bar go it's about 3 feet off from the other side of the bar.
