While the product is probably efficient at what they claim it does, nowhere does it tell you they do not include the pump for the bubbles. The bubbles were the number one reason for my purchase of the product. Needless to say I’ve returned it. Incomplete advertising makes me not want to do business with a company.

nice product - good but not great. lights are not so easily visible as color changes. Bubbles which I bought it for mainly are not that strong or as much as I wanted. I did double check two different units to see if I was getting enough pressure to pump enough bubbles and I was - so it is the unit that doesn't produce enough bubbles. but it is an OK product for the money

ONE DAY and the bubbler stopped working!

When I first got this yesterday I thought it was the best ornament I'd ever seen. The bubbles were hard and full and the light effects are amazing, plus it give the molly fry a castle to hide in. ONE DAY LATER the bubbler stopped working properly, only about 1/2 of it is throwing bubbles now. Customer support is no help, they want me to pull the whole thing back out and set it up AGAIN. I am extremely disappointed.

The lights on this product do not show the same color at the same time they actually start changing colors and doing this rainbow thing where each one is a different color really soon after turning it on. Luckily I have other lights in my tank so I can leave this on as the night light for the fish cuz it's a really low light and that's what I wanted it for but I was hoping to at least have all the LED lights be the same color at the same time oh well we don't always get what we want but at least the bubbler works great!

It looks cute and works great but there's only one opening into it and it's in the back? Why why would it be the back when I love to see them coming in and out of it. So I rotate to the front and so are the tube and wire that was supposed to be hidden ☹
