**UPDATE**
After using it for a couple weeks I've noticed it has issues that I can't quite figure out. Sometimes, when I'm using the computer, it will stop charging for about 30 seconds, then start charging again. At first I thought this was the USB C cable I'd chosen, so I purchased several other cables from several different brands, but the issue appears to happen no matter the cable. SO! This charges my laptop without issues when the laptop is off/asleep, but while actively using it there are interruptions to the power that are a little concerning. I don't think it's done any damage, but it's super annoying. Knocked off two stars because of that.
**FINAL UPDATE**
After some more research, buying new cables, etc. etc. I've determined that it's not delivering enough power for the HP Spectre x360 and thus is continually shutting off. I'm not sure why it works that way, but I bought a different charger, which has had no such problems. SO! If someone in the reviews has said specifically it will work with your device then go for it, but if you're buying this to charge an HP Spectre x360 or other, somewhat more powerful laptop that hasn't been mentioned BY NAME as working with this device I would skip it. The customer service, though, has been incredible (they actually sent me a replacement just in case mine wasn't working, even though I said they didn't need to bother sending a new one because, but like I mentioned, I think it's a matter of draw for my specific laptop and not necessarily that I got a faulty unit). So given the device (which I now use successfully to charge my phone and it works fine, just not my laptop) and the incredible customer service I'm bumping this to four stars because if you know for sure it'll work with your device it works great and customer service is stellar.
