Luckily my vanity had enough space to fit it next to the sink and I am very pleased with it. It works very well especially on things that otherwise would not stand vertically, such as toothpaste and scrub brush.
I am attaching a collage of two photos. The first photo shows the organizer next to a ruler. You can also see how the bottom is textured. The texture is on the outside, the bottom of the inside compartments is levelled, which makes it easy to clean.
The second photo shows the caddy loaded up with various items. It keeps things organized and keeps tall items from falling down.

This is an excellent organization solution for a counter with limited space. I love organizing everything to a fault. I have purchased products that claim to be a convenience but end up being a burden. This is not one of those products. There are a lot of small bathroom items that end up being scattered in a drawer, cabinet, or worst of all, on the counter. It is something that you deal with every day and don't attempt to find a solution. Luckily, this product is the solution that finds you! The acrylic plastic is transparent and I believe it looks appropriate in any bathroom. My bathroom has a dark color scheme and it looks fine sitting on the counter next to the sink.
I use my organizer to hold deodorant, tooth paste, tweezers, floss sticks, pill bottles, and nail clippers. There are 2 slots for larger items like deodorant and tooth paste. 3 small compartments for manual tooth brushes, nail clippers, etc. 1 large compartment for lip balm, pills, etc. And 2 medium compartments for miscellaneous items like Q-Tips or floss sticks. If I could make one improvement it would be a way to adjust the size of the inner compartments, similar to the expandable drawer organizers. However, this feature may be an unnecessary luxury for such a simple and elegant organization solution.

-Looks great in any color scheme
-Small compartments perfect for tweezers/nail clippers
