It is possible the unit I bought is defective, and if the replacement works better, I will adjust this review, however. Mounting is straightforward if you follow the directions carefully and can use a drill and screwdriver. However, there's not much room with standard cabinet depths. The unit does not accept a standard coaxial cable input. The instruction manual that came it suggests it does, but after going to the manufacturer's website, I discovered an addendum that says the coaxial input is for a standard antenna only. It does haven an AVI and HMDI input, and the latter works. The TV picture is clear, sharp and satisfactory. We purchased this unit so we could, among other things, use it as a radio. It takes lots of patience to tune the station you want. It has no direct input possible from the remote; instead, you have to manually increase (or decrease) the station numbers one or two tenths at a time. Moreover, with a slow response rate it took about a minute to go from the default station (87.5) to the one we wanted (94.9 in this case). After finally reaching the station we wanted, it would not store that stations. Regardless of how many times we tried, it will not save the station we want. The first time we used the DVD, it hung up and would not do anything (play, menu, eject, nothing). Had to unplug and plug it back in to get it to play. Overall, very frustrated with this unit.
