When I purchased my iPhone 6 Plus, I also bought the 640 page iPhone, the Missing Manual that provided a wealth of information. However, I never spent the time to delve into that manual because it was more than a bit overwhelming/intimidating. Thus, I have had only a cursory knowledge of the basics – just enough to make a phone call and to point and shoot the camera without knowing how to adjust the exposure settings or edit the resulting pictures.
The iPhone Basics in 30 Minutes was exactly the “how to/quick start” manual I needed! Of course it took me more than 30 minutes to read and digest with my iPhone by my side; but if you are looking for a manual that doesn’t waste words and that provides easy to read and understand instructions for both the 6 and 7 iPhone models, this is the book to get. Put simply, I highly recommend it, not only in terms of how to better use the phone and camera capabilities, but also because it provides useful tips on apps to purchase, how to access security features, saving battery power, freeing up storage space, and so much more.
