This is my second poetic case and my first for the iPhone 6 and it looks much better than I expected it too.

Fitment is excellent, Poetic must have corrected their design because unlike some of the earlier reviews I had no issues with ports not being aligned correctly. The buttons remain easy to press. The case adds very little bulk the raised edges on the front are nice. Also, the lines on back of the case are somewhat functional because they are raised and prevent the back of the case from scratching.

I must say, at first I was hesitant to purchase this case because unlike the Atmosphere for the iPhone 5/5s I thought it detracted somewhat from the looks of the 6 but it is much nicer looking in person.

If you had the Atmosphere for the 5/5s there are some differences/ improvements. First the "clear" on this case is actually clear and not frosted like the version for the iPhone 5.

Second, the case fully encompasses the device. On the version for the 5/5s the along the bottom edge of the screen and bottom where the speaker, headphone and charging port were was essentially left open with thin rubber bumper that went around the front of the screen, and the plastic along the perimeter. Overtime it was not uncommon for the bumper along the bottom of the screen to stretch out or distort causing it become loose. This case does not have that design. The ports are all accessible but the case wraps around them, giving the case extra rigidity. However, this might make it tight for some headphones or third party charging cables but everything I have tried so far fits without an issue.

Third like the previous atmosphere, the case is a little difficult to get off, however I thought it was easier than the 5/5s version. This material for this case definitely feels harder/ more rigid than the previous case and once you get it started it just pops off. Still if you intend to change or remove cases frequently this might not be the one for you.

The one complaint I do have about this case is the opening around the camera could be smaller. Currently, the opening is rather large and the raised bumper line on top dips to surround the camera opening, exposing the white line. This is purely an ascetic complaint, but had it been smaller (essentially touching the bottom lens) the bumper line that runs along the top, would completely cover the white line on the back of the phone and mirror the bottom line. Personally I find this to be a much cleaner, and ascetically pleasing design than the one Poetic went with.

Overall this is an excellent case that balances the need for protection with minimal bulk.

Simple, functional and minimal case at an affordable price.

I used Poetic's case for my iPhone 5 and 5s. The same case lasted me through both phones; I was impressed to say the list. If you were to look at the case at the end of its life, you can clearly see the abuse it has fought against for the phone. After numerous chest-height drops, it has never troubled my phone with a crack - though it did leave some 'dust dings' with the trapped dust and debris on the back. This experience made me to decide getting another Poetic case despite some changes that I noticed.

I am quite satisfied with this case. It fits tightly with no play, and it does not add much to the phone while it protects the case. But I am little disappointed with the following:
- No Back Edge Shock-Absorption: The Poetic case for iPhone 5/5s had TPU strips on the back edges as well as the front, resulting in all-around shock absorption on the impact. While my iPhone 6 survived two drops with no damage, I am not sure what kind of effect it will have on higher impact. The time will tell, but I am not completely sold.
- Glossy Outer Shell Finish: The Previous case had matt finish outside, giving a good grip no matter how oily/wet my hand was. This one, not so much. It also feels dirtier as fingerprints shows easily. However, two strips on the back makes up for the most part,

After all, it's a good case at a good price. I would give it 3 stars, but the price makes up for the slight feel of disappointment. However, I think I'll look elsewhere, or buy little more expensive case the next time I'm in the market for one.

EDIT: One of the most noticeable downside for me was the sharp edges. The border between polycarbonate and TPU is quite sharp. I remedied this problem by buffing the edges off, but I wish if the case came without the problem out of box.

I love this case. Had one for my iP5, and got one to fit my iP6 (it's even improved over the 5 case). Hard shell (no bending iPhone), transparent back doesn't hide Apple's beautiful design, rubberized edging for a good grip. Thin, lightweight, tight fit. My only criticism is the side buttons take quite a bit more force to push. I hope I get used to that. I would highly recommend this case for iPhone 6 owners.

Fit around the buttons and ports is good, no issues with using the buttons or plugging in headphones or charger. Really good case, especially considering the cost.

I already own the same type for my iPhone 5 and really love it because of how slim and fit it is besides the transparent back that makes it almost invisible. The rubber grip at the sides are not that much, but it would suffice to handle the phone with more grip. It also provides great protection when placed screen on a table. The ports are all easily accessed with adequate room. It fits my headphone jack well (Bose QC15) and also my third-party lightning cable (Anker). The side buttons is quite hard at first but it can get much easier to push in time.

I took off 1 star because I don't quite like the transparent plastic used in this version. The previous iPhone 5 version has a much more hard & less glossy surface which does not attract fingerprints. I don't have any scratches for now, but it looks like it tend to get scratched compared to the plastic used previously.

Overall, I love it very much and would definitely recommend it to all!

Bought this after having used a similar Poetic case for my 5S and loving it. It is constructed of sturdy plastic, but still with enough flexibility so as not to be too difficult to fit/remove. Once fitted, the case is a really good snug fit. The bumper part also protrudes ever so slightly proud of the screen, so even if you sit the handset face down the screen will not touch. Only very slight negative I would say is that I initially bought the white version, which discoloured quite quickly, however I should hopefully not have this problem with the black version I am using now. Used in conjunction with a screen protector, I think this offers an excellent means of protecting your handset without adding much bulk or size to it at all.
