BEWARE: This case is NOT leather

The case looks exactly as pictured and the construction is sound. It's sturdy, the stitching is even and straight. After months of floating around in my bag and being tossed around the house, office and car, it still looks as good as new. I'm unsure about some of the reviews, as the shell case on mine is not clear, but black. I don't mind this, as that is exactly how it was advertised and pictured, and my phone's face is also black. The shell (or bumper) is flexible, yet snug, and is designed well for all the buttons, speakers, etc. Also, I don't have a clear back that shows the Apple logo. Again, this is not a concern because I wasn't expecting and didn't want that feature. I just mention these points as a word of caution for others reading the reviews. The stand feature shouldn't be relied on to stay in position for any length of time, as it's merely resting on the left side of the inside cover--no groove to slide into, however, because I don't use my phone for long-term viewing this is not an issue for me. My biggest pet peeve is the use of the word leather in the title. The case is NOT leather. It is plastic, or as has become the common phrase "vegan leather." I'm not sure how I would have missed this in the description, as I'm usually very good about reading the small print--unless the description was updated after my purchase. I consider the use of the term leather in the title false advertising, and wish Amazon wouldn't allow it. So, overall, it's a nice looking case that holds up well. If I was looking for a "pleather" case, it would be five stars.

I think I got really lucky and ordered the right wallet with minimal search.
I just spent ten times that amount of time looking for a wallet for my pickier partner's plus and this still looks like the best one.
Wish they made a brown one for her plus. Purple polkadots?

Phone fits well in the plastic rimmed housing and protects all corners, plus the leather edges of the wallet for corner drops.
Slimmer than I expected and gets a little less so with two credit cards, a drivers license and a folded $20. I think people are completely missing the point of Apple Pay and the iphone in general if you are trying to load these wallets up with stuff you can load in the phone.
I don't plan on sitting on this phone like I did my with my wonderful old Nokia candybar, but this case will really help when I forget.

Quit looking. This works. Buy it.

I love love LOVE this case. I searched high and low for the perfect wallet case, and I found it in this little beauty. I was concerned that maybe my transit card wouldn't stay in the first tier unsecured inner flap, but it hasn't gone anywhere in 2 months, and instead is always very easy to take out, and replace. The magnetic closure is strong and solid as heck; snaps closed even when full of up to 10 bills. Still haven't been able to figure out if the "leather" is real or not, but it doesn't matter...it's taken an NYC licking and has kept on ticking looking good as day one (with very little peeling and wear visible around the edges). After 2 months, this case looks as brand-new as it did the day I bought it, which is saying a LOT, given how many cases I've been through, and have had to modify with Krazy Glue to fit my purposes. The one extra bonus of this case that makes me wish I could give it SIX STARS is the actual case design: sculpted from a pliant rubbery plastic that wraps all the way around the phone's body, protecting superbly against drops. I will purchase wallet cases from no other company, as long as I-BLASON keeps making iPhone cases. If I ever get an iPad, I'll probably buy their case, too.

Tough, elegant case

I've been using this case for about 6 months now, and it is holding up very well. I like the protection it provides -- both covering the screen and the outer edges with softish leather. I also like the elegant look and feel it has. Actually talking on the phone requires one to fold the lid all the way around to the back, but it is not difficult to do; alternatively, I often plug in the Apple earbuds with the microphone and use the phone with the case entirely shut. Basically, it is quite awkward to try and answer the phone with only one hand, but that minor inconvenience has been worth it to me to gain the excellent protection and the nice look and feel of the case.

I had a friend who had the very same case. I was enamored with it and decided to officially retire the billfold. I had heard about problems surrounding the case and the magnetic aspect, but I've had no problems. I suppose if you have paper money stuffed in it, with a ridiculous amount of credit cards stuffed in it, then you will have a problem. So, if you want to stick your license, proof of insurance cards, four credit cards and some cash, then you should be just fine. Otherwise, stick with with a money clip or billfold.

Wow, great wallet and quite well made. I cant see myself needing to buy another. I bought this as soon as the iphone 6 came out and have been using my iphone 6 in it exclusively since then (c. 10 weeks). Some review mentioned the magnet might be too strong and demagnetise cards. This is NOT true. My 10+ year old magnetic strip bank card has not had any issues in the 10 weeks i have been using it.

as small as you realistically make this
holds three credit cards
hold some cash

because you can't fit that much in you don't accumulate junk in your wallet

only fits three cards
won't take too much cash
awkward to hold and take out large notes

If you can trim back on what you have in your wallet you will be happy with this. I did and am grateful for it.

I have tried many cases for my phones in the past and once I came across I-Blason I was hooked. I used to have Samsung products but with the protection it offered them, as soon as I switched to Apple I knew I had to get another I-Blason case to offer maximum protection for my phone and it does exactly that. It offers maximum protection but still looks nice unlike the bulky all around cases that don't offer room for your cards. I have dropped my phone many times and this has protected it every time. So much so that I won't even entertain the idea of using any other kind of case as I doubt it would offer the same amount of protection. It's better to buy a case that protects all around and is sturdy like this one than to buy a flimsy case that moves when the phone is dropped causing the screen to smash. After all £12 to protect it fully is better than paying several hundreds of £s to replace the glass screen.

Have dropped it a few times, absolutely no damage to the phone, the case does its job. Would strongly recommend it to anyone wanting to properly protect their new toy back and front. For the life of me I cannot understand why people buy cases that cover just the back of the phone, when clearly the most fragile part is the screen, and are then surprised if it smashes when falling on the floor!
