Item arrived as described. I ordered the giraffe and frog versions for my playroom. Vibrant colors and very sturdy. Easy to assemble. Highly recommend!

i think if seller/manufacture would either send different size screws OR make the lip thicker in back of head where the screws go into so the screws cannot go through the front of base!
NOTE: when I contacted the seller & told them about the chairs they told me to send them a picture but did not provide a way to send them as the Amazon app does not give the ability to upload a picture in the contact the seller or returns/exchange items section. I asked them for their email or another solution and I never heard back from them!! So I had to call Amazon each time the chairs were defective and needed to exchange and return the chairs.
The screws go thru face of chairs!!!

I bought all 3 animals. They are very cute and sturdy IF YOU GET THE RIGHT SIZE SCREWS! The head of the animals is slightly thinner piece of wood than the seats. The company provides same size screws for the seat and head so when you screw them in the head The screws go though the face of the animal! The cow one I put together without any issues. When I put together the Frog & Giraffe the screws went through the face of both! I exchanged both the frog & giraffe. The 2nd frog was okay when I put it together, however the the screws went through the face of giraffe again! I’m so frustrated because I carefully screwed them in! Now I have to exchange and return the 2nd giraffe chair for a new one but I’m over exchanging and assembling these chairs!!Reviewed in the United States on August 24, 2019
