I might also add a general word about the Dummies books in the Kindle version. The publishers of the Dummies books have put in the absolute minimal work to get these books into the Kindle format. Chapters don't start on separate pages, the headings aren't even in a different font, and in fact, they are indistinguishable from the line of text above them and the next line of text below them. Additionally there are no links embedded in the text to other parts of the book despite the fact that the Dummies books are rife with references to other parts of the book. If you're going to get a Dummies book, get your moneys worth and but a print edition.
