Beware.... I got drooped off at a car wash by a friend to pick up my car, my phone had died , and the Iwallet would not open I sat there like an idiot trying to open the wallet for 20 mins, I then had to walk back to my office about 2 miles. because they wouldn't give me my car with out paying. i couldn't leave the car wash my ID and promise to return and pay, because my ID was locked in the Iwallet. when i got back to my office i called tech support twice during biz hours they never called me back. i then called after biz hours and got an answering service. The guy was rude and told me he couldn't leave a tech support message, that I needed to call back during biz hours. his job was to take new orders and forward to sales team. Beware of getting stranded and not being able to access your important info. i will update review later with how easy or hard it is going to be to break open, because i now have no other choice. I love this little wallet I followed the directions and it worked right out of the box for awhile but I had to reset it a couple of times but figured out you can redo your finger print. Minus having to reset it a lot it is awesome very cool and stylish

I received my Iwallet last night; after I read "ALL" the instructions and it will work perfect. I really recommend it if you are looking into purchasing an Iwallet - GREAT customer service provided and whatever I can keep saying it's nothing but very good feedback. So let me make it simple:
Pros: works at it suppose to do
Cons: NONE!
