You'll need a set of light to med weights,
loop resistance bands (fabric or latex),
long resistance bands (fabric or latex),
Small inflatable ball (6-9 inches -ish ),
Workout Bench (or a sturdy chair at home),
And a Foam roller (36inch is best
Anything else is extra credit!
