About the Author
Charles Scurlock Is a retired architect, an amateur physicist, though academically uncredentialled, and a generalist thinker who has been pondering the discontinuities and contradictions of modern physics and cosmology for most of his intellectual life. A dedicated systems thinker, always interested in finding solutions to complex problems, he has concentrated for the last several years on two closely entangled fields: models of the universe, and the evolution of the contemplative mind that can intuit, imagine and create those models. imagine darkness is an extension of the picnic at the edge of the universe, his first published book on these ideas. He has written extensively on these issues in his blog at enquiriesnw.com. He lives on Whidbey Island, in Puget Sound, in Washington State. He can be reached at email@example.com.
