About the Author
Gregory Olson is an author, business coach, public speaker, and consultant. He believes that we all have the potential to do better, as individuals, organizations, and communities, but sometimes we need a little help. This belief is what guides his writing as well as his work with clients and as a volunteer. He founded strategy and design firm Delightability, LLC., with the belief that if you delight customers, success will follow. Gregory also serves as a volunteer board member for Oikocredit Northwest, a support association for social investor and financial institution, Oikocredit International. His formal education is a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration, both from Seattle University. While his formal education is about technology and business his informal (and ongoing) education is about how humans think and interact with each other and a changing world. His latest book is L' impossi preneurs: A Hopeful Journey Through Tomorrow. Gregory also authored The Experience Design BLUEPRINT: Recipes for Creating Happier Customers and Healthier Organizations, a book about designing better experiences and then making them come true.
