Had some pretty intense, painful and scary GI issues a month or so ago. I noticed this product advertised on a functional medicine Dr's website. I decided to give it a shot. It seems to have balanced out the issues I was having, which, to date, haven't returned.I drink a glass in the AM and in the evening. I also enjoy the taste; when chilled, it is rather refreshing.Downside: Yes, it is kind of pricey. I wish it was cheaper, but since it has seemed to help and has kept me out of the GI Dr's office, I am willing to purchase it.Tummy issues aren't fun. It is nice to get relief. Hope this product is helpful for you!
