I purchased this for my coffee café and didn’t open the box until two days prior to opening ( January 3,2021 ) which was six months after I purchased it so I could not return it. The sensor is not aligned where the heat comes out and the temperature sure could use some TLC at 1800 W. It’s worse than putting your hair blow dryer on low speed and trying to dry you’re hands! I expected more. Maybe my expectations are too high?

Very nice hand dryer I got it for my Guest bathroom this was very easy to install well worth the money I got it so my guest for now I was using hand towels in my bathroom they could use the hand dryer instead and it was one less thing I have to worry about washing highly recommend if anybody’s looking for something very easy to install and works awesome

Overall a good hand dryer. I bought it to dry puppies after we bathe them at our German Shepherd breeding kennel. Unfortunately the sensor that makes it turn on isn't very sensitive so it didn't work well for this purpose but works great for its intended purpose of drying hands.
