No it's not. You have to use a transformator. I bought it from USA nad also bought a 300 Watt transformator. We are using the Kitchenaid in Europe very well with that transformator.

The sticker says: Maximum Wattage 300. 120 Volts. 60Hz.
Unfortunately not dual. If you wish 240V, better order from British Amazon.
