I couldn't help but compare it to traditional metal muffin tins, so just a clarification that's my reference point.
This was my first time to try silicone bakeware and there are significant differences with the metal pans (some good, others not so much). I followed the instructions and lightly greased each cup with a little bit of oil, and the muffins easily pooped out when I pushed from the bottom. That was truly amazing.
Here are my thoughts after baking with it a few times:
PROS:
CLEANS VERY EASILY. You can see how it compares with my metal tin in the pictures. There's barely any sticking which makes it easy to clean.
Muffins just pops out. Any spillage on the pan just bakes and falls off as well.
Muffins brown perfectly - just as well as metal muffin tins.
Cools More quickly than metal pans.
CONS:
Very flexible. I had to put it on a metal cookie sheet to take it in and out of the oven easily.
I had to increase baking time a bit in order to get a nice brown finish on my muffins, since these pans don't get as hot as metal.
Overall, I've had a good experience and I like the silicone muffin pan. I'll definitely be trying out different recipes later on.

So I bought this based on a recommendation from a blog when I was trying out a new recipe. I had my doubts.
WOW. Just WOW! The mini omelets/frittata’s popped right out-no sticking at all. My messy drippings of egg mixture and cheese on the top? Slid right off. Dunked it in the warm soapy water, rinsed, done.
Only a couple of minor negatives. I gave it 3 stars on stability, but it is sort of a given. There is no way you’ll be able to just put this in the oven without a cookie sheet or similar. So I only mention this because that is something you’ll have to deal with. Second, you have to do a light coating of oil each time you use it. But compared to having to grease a metal muffin tin (which by the way is supposed to be non stick) and having your stuff still stick, this is minor. The recipe I made did take longer, but I can’t say that is going to be the case every time.
I have a feeling stuff will be far less likely to be too brown as well—like muffins.
Overall, the metal pan is going in the donation box. I’m sold.
