I'm really interested in this book, but for the life of me can't understand why the kindle price (currently $14.99) is higher than both the paperback and hardcover editions (each are less than $10 right now). This defies logic and is super annoying. Amazon, please address this.

The price is set by the publisher not Amazon.

It's disgusting, IMO. I won't be buying this in any format. Increasingly I'm buying indie books rather than those from the big 5 because of outrageous pricing.
