Update 4/19/22
Cable connector was working as intended for about a month and a half with reconnects while swapping between the micro usb and usb cables for two different keyboards. When unscrewing it today and pulling the connector disconnected internally (within the connecting bracket) and started scrambling the USB devices connected to my motherboard. Clearly this is a shoddily constructed cable as it should not be this easy to disconnect it internally. As there are no instructions for this cable I'm not sure on how to rewire it and am wary of testing it as it seemed to affect my motherboard USB bus in a bad way. Clearly you get what you pay for these cables and (of course) this happened about a week after the return window on amazon. Sometimes I think they engineer these products to fail in that time frame.
If you're looking for an aviator cable connector for your keyboard I'd advise getting one from a more reputable brand (and shell out more money); seems like they're a superfluous splurge to me when normal cables work, but to each their own.
