Yes, you can select focus modes including full manual and manual focus after autofocus.

The lenses made for this camera can be focused manually. Also, manual focus lenses of various kinds can be mounted on the camera using aftermarket adapters. You can magnify a portion of the viewing area to focus more accurately.

Yes, you can manual focus. There's also an option of auto focus with manual fine tuning.

Good lenses, this camera can be used manually in some cases, for example this lens that brings this, I do not now if you use the Zuiko Digital ED 45mm f/1.8 Lens for Micro, this I put here, has manuel focus though not proved necessary, there are other lenses for this that can be used manually, but this camera is great for the record.
