I am posting my unbiased review of this product. I have been taking the pure green coffee bean extract for about 3 weeks. I have lost about 5 pounds. I have noticed this product does help me get full faster and stay full. I need to start a work out to speed up the process. So this 5 lbs is without working out. I'm sure it could be more.
I am now on my second bottle (well half way through it anyway) - I must say that you do notice the boost in metabolism. It's a small boost - but it is noticeable. Also - your appetite is slightly suppressed to where if you're running a bit behind on your next meal (say if you eat every 2 - 3 hours) you won't go on a binge! I am taking this as a part of a fat burning stack so I can't speak to it's effectiveness just by itself. I will say that you have to realize that this is a SUPPLEMENT and that it is not a MAGICAL CURE ALL PILL FOR FAT LOSS!! Smart supplementation, resistance training, balanced nutrition, and some cardiovascular activity and you'll SAFELY and effectively loose your body fat.
I have always been affected by medications and often have to take things with food to not feel uneasy or queasy. I haven't lost a significant amount of weight by taking this, but I have not worked out since I started taking it (due to busy lifestyle) and truly feel it has helped me keep from gaining weight while maintaining my normal eating habits. I also feel like it has curbed my appetite and helps with energy. I can even take this before going to bed and it doesn't keep me up. I definitely plan on ordering more.
