It's great to make protein shakes with milk. Way easier than shaking, plus you can add fresh or frozen fruits. It's a very strong blender. I like the larger cup size. It saves so much time not having to break down and wash the full blender and a extra protein cup. I will recommend cleaning/spraying down the blades right away or it can be difficult to clean the very bottom part of the mixer. It's also pretty loud. But I love it

A lot of power; small footprint
After reading many reviews on several similar items, I finally went with this one. It’s really quite powerful for such a small machine. It grinds up frozen fruit without a problem and in no time at all. My only complaint is that it is NOT quiet. It’s pretty loud for such a little thing. But it’s not so bad that I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s still a great machine and serves its purpose quite well. It sits comfortably on my counter for daily use.
