Malva Verticellata (Chinese Mellow), Senna Leaf, (Cassia Angustifolia)No caffeine, no chemical additives.

Directions

Begin drinking tea in small amount and gradually increase the amount to suit your needs. We suggest you first pour 2 cups of boiling water over 1 tea bag and cover for 2-3 minutes. Drink hot or cold after your meals and in the morning or evening. You can dilute your tea with more water if desired. Gradually increase your tea strength after one week by pouring 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tea bag. Drink 1 cup after each meal with a maximum of 3 cups per day.

(MIGHT BE TMI!!) Oh. My. God. My bowel were CLEARED the morning after, I usually take this around night time and the next morning I awoke because I had to go so bad. I will say that everyone can experience different symptoms but either way your bowels will be cleared out. For example, I usually have a stomach ache (nothing I cant handle), and cold sweats because I need to go that bad. Where a family member of mine tried it and didnt experience this, they just had to go really bad. Its very useful for people that want a laxative, although it takes a while to be put into effect, I quite literally have never felt better aftwards.

This tea is excellent taste wise. I purchased because I’m a tea drinker converted from coffee. I’m older now and my plumbing could use a little help so I thought this would be a pleasant tool in my self care regimen.

First time I drank it I really enjoyed it. I included one bag to enhance the teas I already enjoyed and Uncle Lee’s added a full bodied flavor to my usual brew that was super tasty. My stomach rumbled and cramped on and off for 24 hours so when tea time came the next day I repeated the potion. This sent me flying to the bathroom deep into the night. I knew that I’d have to adapt to it but I probably went in too fast. This tea is tasty enough that one might feel tempted to overdo it. I’m thinking every other day might be a good practice for me. I will say that after the explosive period I did feel better. I prefer this to many of the fiber remedies recommended to people of a certain age. I hope Uncle Lee makes a version without senna as I really like this tea.

As for weight loss, I have a fat disorder where weight loss for me would be unlikely. If I experience any I’ll report back but for many of us weight loss doesn’t come in a box, or anywhere else for that matter. If I experience any changes I will update but don’t hold your breath. (Unless you use the restroom after me. This stuff is thorough.)

Got this tea since I enjoy green tea and I am not able to go to the store .. didn’t read the reviews just bought. Thought it was one of those green teas that help while fasting .. little did I know it was called diet for a reason. I heard bubbles in my stomach and thought “???” And then immediately went rushing towards the ladies room. Using my fathers account for Amazon. Anyways you can tell what happened .. I had to warn everyone not use the restroom for about an hour or two due to the toxic explosion that happened in there. Yeah so it isn’t a lie. This works .. beware and please read reviews this is a laxative tea and it works lol but second time taking it and I’m not feeling it yet a wittle odd

The flavor isn’t particularly the best, so I add natural honey as a sweetener. But boy let me tell you. I have been constipated for the past few months due to health issues and the medications and supplements I have to take. I have taken prescribed laxatives and none of them helped as much as this tea does. I drank a cup of this yesterday evening and have been on the porcelain throne 3 times this morning so far. If you feel a bubble, get on the toilet. It’s not a fart. This tea works great for those who have digestive issues. I drank it for a month a year ago and lost 10 lbs. but I’m not trying to lose weight, however for those who are looking to go down a pants size, consistency is key. I keep this on hand for digestive relief.

Arrived yesterday. Got it mainly for the reviews about people suffering from constipation, which I have for 10 years now, and being only in my 20's with no meds or supplements working for me, this is beyond frustrating, and I'm willing to try anything.

Box said to drink warm after meals. So, when I got it yesterday, I decided to try it after dinner. When I smelt it, I honestly gagged. I'm not a tea person at all, but have been forcing myself to try different ones for the benefits. It smells (and tastes) like wet, dead grass clippings shooting out of your lawnmower. Before I tried it I added a healthy dose of honey, then chugged it.

Flash forward to 4:51am today. Woke up with the most terrible stomach cramping. I was in such awful pain, I'm sure if it wasn't dark in my bedroom, I'd see that I was blacking out from the pain. I got up and relieved myself for the first time in almost a week. I still had the painful cramping for another hour, but was happy to have went. Heating pad on my stomach helped.

I had another cup after breakfast this morning, and the cramping wasn't as bad, but I definitely had to go more. In 14 hours and after 2 cups, I've relieved myself 4 times. My bloated belly where I usually look pregnant is gone. The cramping is painful, but to me it's beyond worth it.

I had yet another doctors appointment tomorrow for this problem, and I was ready to do anything for relief, but I've since canceled to see how this continues to work. If it means dealing with some cramping and a bad taste I feel better than I have in weeks, for as cheap as this product is, I'm sold already.

Curious to see what it does for my weight too! Just have that honey handy and gulp it down!

Update: Its been two months, and I just adore this tea. I'm getting more accustomed ti the taste, but I have movements daily now thanks to this tea, where without I just do once a week. It hasn't changed my weight, but I never feel bloated. The cramping also went away after the first 2 days. I've just placed an order for 3 more boxes!

UPDATE** I’m happy with my 5 lb loss, but this tea was about 1/3 of the price a few weeks ago. I understand needing to raise the price for business reasons or a bit of a raise due to popularity, but an almost triple in price is ridiculous.

This tea works! I’ve lost 2 lbs in less than 2 days! I’ve been eating well and working out for months and haven’t lost anything, so 2 lbs in 2 days is surprising. It tastes great too.

I haven’t had any changes in my bathroom habits, which is nice, because I’ve heard it can have you running to the toilet.

I followed the directions and had a tea at night, hoping for a mild concoction in the morning, which it was. The taste is stronger than your regular green tea but definitely tolerable.
The next day I had another tea at night but I think 2 teas in 24 hours did the trick.
I'd say I'm regular but wow-this stuff ensures you are cleared out lol.
No stomach pains or anything of the sort-just does what it says it will do. I'm going to try nightly for a week.
I wouldn't recommend taking it during the day on a work day as this product delivers its promise.
UPDATE -after the 2 days I kept clearing out ...at least 12 times in those 2 evenings.
Ended up w cramps-enough to wake me oit of my sleep to go to the bathroom.
Needless to say I did not do a week straight but days on 1 day off to avoid cramping . Still very happy w the product. I will be keeping this tea as my detox tea (and I've tried at least 5 different types)
