I recommend this book for anyone that wants a weight loss system that works. I have lost an average of 5 pounds per week when I am "good" about following the diet and do not put the weight back on when I have fallen off of the diet. I have also found that I am better at making good choices and wanting good food when I am not following the diet closely.
This is my second copy, I loaned out my first one and someone else thought so too and never returned it to me.
It presents a very strict type of dieting, however, if followed to the T no exercising is needed to loose weight....I know I lost 40 lbs.!
