Inline Adaptability for One or Two Children

The verve can accommodate newborns through age six, as well as two children at one time with seven different modes of transport. A newborn can lie flat or a single child can sit comfortably in the traditional buggy configuration, or a newborn and toddler can sit together with the double kit (sold separately) that seats the toddler up front while the newborn lies flat behind. With the double kit installed on back, the verve accommodates two toddlers double-decker style. The stroller can become a travel system (with adapter sold separately) to accommodate a Graco Snugride or Chicco Keyfit car seat; the doubles kit can be used at the same time as the car seat too.

The main seat accommodates a child up to 44 pounds, while the double kit accommodates a second child up to 44 pounds in the front- or rear-load position. The double kit seat has three recline positions from upright to flat to keep your infant comfortable, whether napping or enjoying the scenery. The stroller will also fold compact with the second seat attached to the front or back of the stroller.

Slender Size for Crowded Spaces

The verve weighs 28 pounds and measures 25 inches wide, making it compact enough for busy streets, cafes, and subway platforms. Despite its small size, the verve boasts a full-size 29-inch-tall seat for a comfortable fit that truly grows with your child.

Airless Tires for Smooth Handling

With two airless, shock-absorbing tires in the front and two pneumatic tires in the rear, the verve ensures even weight distribution for smooth and controlled handling on any surface.

Contoured, Ventilated Seat System with One-Hand Recline

The verve features a contoured, ventilated seat with a padded liner that is designed to support proper posture, maximize airflow, and keep your child comfortable. The seat performance system features a one-hand seat recline with easy, infinite adjustability between upright and lie-flat positions. For convenience, the seat liner is removable for easy washing.

Six-Position Handle and One-Touch Hand Brake

With your choice of six handle positions, you are sure to find a comfortable setting for pushing the verve. When it's time to stop and chat, the wheels lock securely in place with one touch of the hand brake.

Easy-Fold Design for Storage

You can fold the stroller down easily with or without the double kit in place. The stroller stands on its own for easy storage.

Adjustable Sun Protection

The verve's adjustable sun hood provides ample shaded coverage from the sun in any angle or direction of travel. Flick-out visors keep the sun away from your child's eyes. The double kit (sold separately) also includes a hood to shade a second traveler.

Safety Information

The verve has been rigorously safety tested and is certified compliant with EN1888:2005, ASTM F833-10, AS/NZS 2088:2009, CPN8 2007, and SOR 85-379 standards.

After extensive research and testing before our stroller investment, we looked into several options. The Verve offers the perfect inline solution for any family. You can start with the perfect single stroller and add the double seat when #2 comes along. It has 7 different modes of compatibility, all of which very useful as the family grows. Its the most esthetically pleasing and stylish of similar models from other companies, an easy fold with the second seat attached, and offers a great price point for all it's features.

I think if someone has issues with the wheels they just don't understand proper tire care for an air filled tire. I'm a cyclist as well as a father and have no issues when filling tires to the proper PSI rating. The front tires have suspension, and the air filled rear wheels create a smooth ride. I love how easy it is to handle and steer, effortless. The manufacturing quality of this product is well above other models. Our only issue, FedEx was a little rough with our package and a mud guard arrived with a small crack, but phil & teds made getting a replacement a snap, and a new mud guard came in record time. We also have had nothing but good things to say about phil&teds in our other products, and their customer service is truly OUTSTANDING!

My wife chose the verve stroller because we have multiple children and an additional seat can be installed underneath the main seat. It takes bumps well and is easy to maneuver in tight spaces. The smooth ride is excellent for sleeping babies as well. Unfortunately, it has three main downsides. Firstly, it is very heavy and takes up a lot of space. Secondly, the tires are manufactured poorly and requires manual replacement of new tire tubes which are difficult and very expensive to install. In fact for the same price as new tires and tubes, bugaboo will send you an entire new wheel, ready to simply install (we have one of those as well!). Finally, the overall construction is fairly poor with a sturdy frame and multiple small (but necessary) plastic pieces that break and require replacement. Altogether it has been exceedingly expensive to maintain.

Completely agree with the "money pit" review. On the plus side, the Verve is very easy to push (even with 2 kids), maneuverable, and has a great small footprint for a double. However the tires are a disaster: I have had this stroller for 3 years and have spent well over $300 in replacement tires. Appeals to customer service have had no effect. Given how expensive the stroller is in the first place, I shouldn't have to sink so much extra money into it.

We got the Verve last month and can't be happier. The build quality is leaps and bounds better than anything I have tested or seen in any store. It has an "iPad" type build quality, super solid and sturdy. It also folds very easy and our baby rides like hes floating on a cloud. It pushes so easily and effortlessly, that Phil and Ted decided to take no chances and attached a jogging strap to the handle-bars, lol.

We also took our 1 month old for a little walk/jog a few times and it was a joy as it has the "Follow the Sun" hood that you can put at any angle, which was perfect because the sun was setting and was in our baby's eyes, I just tilted the sun hood in front of the baby and blocked the sun completely. Perfecto...

I also plan on ordering a Phil & Teds Cushy Ride - Main Seat - Light Blue so we can switch between the red and blue seat liner for when we go out, as blue is really our baby's color!

Overall, this stroller can't be beat. For $700 its a steal compared to the Bugaboos and Stokke strollers that don't hold a candle to the quality of this stroller. I would have gladly paid over 1 grand for this.

As for what some of the other reviewers are talking about, I am lost. Heavy? Really? This stroller is around 28lbs. which is normal for a stroller like this in case you did not know. You want light, go buy an umbrella stroller.

Also, the rear tires are real tires with an inner tube inside of them. And the front tires have mini shocks on them. That's what makes this stroller super comfortable for the baby when going for a walk and hitting bumps and rocks. Tires seem like normal tires and show no signs of wear even after a month of ownership.

Lastly, this stroller is and excellent product which we plan on using for years to come..

Will post some pictures later...
