My dvd player came with a broken cord. How can I get a new one?

Try contacting the company that you purchase the product from. I don't suggest buying a new cord, due to the product is new & came with a defective one.

I would follow Anglar's answer and call the company if they won't replace it I took the model number off the dvd player and googled the number and the words power cord. Or I think the cord has a model/serial number on it and I googled that number as well.

I would suggest sending it back. Mine wouldnt hold a charge when I got it, but my son was do excitied to get it he wouldn't let me send it back.
