Received my AmazonBasics LCD Monitor Riser today, which will replace the broken base stand on my LG_27EA63V-P 27" monitor. Assembly of the monitor riser consisted of simply attaching the base to the stand with two hex head bolts (hex driver included, attached to base), then attaching the monitor to the standard VESA bracket (100mm x 100mm or 75mm x 75mm) of the stand with 4 thumb bolts or Phillips head bolts. Did not have to adjust the spring tension inside the stand for the weight of my monitor nor the tilt strength of the VESA bracket. The monitor moves up and down, forward/backward, or rotates either direction (though not enough height available above base to rotate 27" monitor to portrait position). Plenty of room between stand and monitor back for the power cable and HDMI cord attachments. Pleasantly surprised with the apparent sturdiness of the monitor riser. The "footprint" of the base is large enough to prevent any "wobbly" feeling to the monitor. Kudos to AmazonBasics for a monitor stand that is simple, straight-forward, and that simply works.
