I usually purchase Bob's Muesli from the local JBLM Military Commissary. The problem is that I usually run out and have to wait until my next visit to buy a few more packages. The packages come in about an 18 OZ bag. The quality is very good. So I thought about ordering on Amazon and order a larger quantity. Based on all the positive reviews and size of Seven Sundays Muesli bags, this seemed like a good choice. I received 4 bags of Seven Sundays in a sealed case cardboard box. This was great since compared to Walmart shipping, where they place individual bags in a loose box with other items which can crunch the cereal, all packages were fresh and protected from shipping damage. Five stars right there! OK, so I tested out Seven Sundays just this morning. I usually mix some unsweetened coconut flakes, raisins, Psyllium Husks (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073WL4CYC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) in and top the cereal with plain whole milk yogurt and fresh sliced bananas and strawberry. This is all very filling and give me enough energy to skip lunch or limit it to an apple mid-day. The quality of Seven Sundays seems on par with Bob's. In other words, excellent. However, the dried dates in Seven Sundays is more appealing than the dried raisins in Bob's. The bags are really huge...40 Oz. So, this case will last a while longer. Price wise, Seven Sundays is superior. The price per ounce is just about the same as Bob's at the military commissary which sell at cost to eligible members. So if you are not a military patron, Seven Sundays is a bargain.
