One of the main reasons I bought this was because of the shopping list and meal prep-ease and time saving! However, the shopping list does not accurately reflect what you will need in the recipes. At times I was left with things I purchased that I did not use that week (waste) or needed to run back out to the grocery store because something was not on the list. Also, the meal plan for the week isn't always accurate as well. For example, on Week 3 "Cinnamon, Cocoa, and Cayenne Cauliflower" recipe makes 4 servings but you will eat 5 that week. There is at least one recipe that she says not to make if you are Low FODMAP but does not offer any substitutions for what to replace the receipe with that week.
I am going into week 3 and all the recipes have been good. We shall see with the sun buns!
