I love this product! One of my favorite ways to prepare it is diced and added to rissoto with a mushroom cream sauce. My mom used to bread it and fry it and then make a sandwich. (We bread and fry everything in the South.) The texture is different (less dense) than chicken but at least you know that no chickens were killed in the production of this product. The flavor is delicious!
