Review – Fedor – Fedor Emelianenko, Glen Cordoza and Erich Krauss
“Fedor: The Fighting System of the World's Undisputed King of MMA” is an excellent guide to MMA fighting in the style of Fedor. The book is large. The pictures excellent and clear. The text sparse, but sufficient and clear to understand the techniques. The main author is Fedor, who is unexcelled in MMA fighting. Glen Cordoza and Erich Krauss are both professional Muay Thai kickboxers who have helped several other MMA fighters write books. The result is an excellent, well organized guide to MMA fighting. There is no fluff here, no long explanations or descriptions either. Fedor gives a brief history of his life and then lurches directly into the various strikes, blows, holds, throws etc.
The book is what it says, The Fighting System of Fedor and that is very good.
