It should be much more clear that there is no way to secure this to the actual seat...it just sits on top of the seat freely. This means that if the kiddos are not in it, it can fall forward, slide, tip over, etc. It's not clear at all in description or image that it doesn't latch to the seat. We've purchased almost identical models with the latches to the seat and found those to be much more reliable and easy for the kids to get in and out of when pulling on armrest to get into chair. I'd get one of those and avoid this.
