As an strength-endurance athlete, I'm always looking for ways to improve endurance and strength at the same time. I have recently been interested in the athletes that are able to build both and do it well. I truly believe this book dives deep into the process of how to do both even though many coaches and alleges say that it shouldn't be attempted. If you're looking to be a more all around athlete that's not looking to lose strength for endurance and vice versa, this is the book for you.
