Maybe someone can offer me some tips. The concept is great but what a mess! I am unable to operate this without a flood. I followed the directions to a tee. I do not leave the handheld part powered on while I move the device within my mouth. I also lean into my sink as far and close as humanely possible. Add the loud factor and I'm disappointed. Regardless, it's a mess. I will likely keep this because of the benefits. However, if one comes along that is more user friendly, this is gone.
