I’ve read a lot of books on interval training and this is the best. It provides a lot of options to fit your training situation and equipment needs. It also takes into consideration that you will be strength training as well, which most books will not. The option also extend out to version methods from cardio machines, the track, strongman, barbells and body weight training. No method is unused and it provides a method of improvement. There is nothing better that I’ve read.
