Like other reviewers, I was a bit skeptical buying a refurbished phone but am glad I did. When I first opened it, I was a little concerned as there were a few scratches that I thought would be noticeable using it, but as soon as I started smudging up the screen with my fingerprints they were no longer noticeable. The package came with the phone, phone charger and the little pin to eject the SIM card tray. It runs beautifully. Very quick and snappy (especially compared to my old Nexus 5x that I was finally upgrading from after it began to lag and develop glitches). The screen is great to look at, very bright and colorful and even comes with a blue light filter to take the strain off your eyes, which I love. The phone is quite a bit heavier than my old Nexus, which I didn't like at first but have since gotten used to after using it for a week. The screen is also a bit smaller/narrower. I was expecting it be a little bigger than my old phone based on the screen size specs, but again I have gotten used to it. Overall, it feels like a good quality phone. You still pay a decent amount for a phone that's not the latest and greatest and is also renewed, but I am still content with my purchase. Battery life seems pretty good though probably not the best a phone could do. For my purposes it's definitely fine, it easily stays alive throughout the day with minimal to some use (texting and occasionally a phone call or two and use of Maps). Overall, this seems like a good quality phone and will almost seem new out of the box. I will likely try a renewed product again in the future.
