Got this box for employees to securely leave documents and keys. It is well made and the lock and hinges operate easily. I secured it to the wall using my own drywall toggle bolts, as the included screws and anchors would not provide a secure mount on a hollow wall.
I soon discovered the slot was just slightly too narrow to accommodate some items (it is 9 1/2" long and 5/16" wide.) Fortunately, the metal was flexible enough to bend slightly and enlarge the slot enough to fit thicker items (see attached photo.) I did it slowly just pressing with my thumbs and I think the end result looks good.
