I don't normally write reviews, but this book is fantastic! It takes place between the events covered in A Long Halloween and Dark Victory. All three should really be read in order since When In Rome does a great job telling Catwoman's backstory and her relationship with Carmine "The Roman" Falcone. The action sequences with various (familiar and unexpected) villains and Catwoman's character development are drawn and written with the precision and style that Loeb and Sale are continuously praised for. Definitely pick this one up if you enjoyed their other work!
