I've had my Bosu for about 4 weeks now. Is there a problem with my Bosu, or does everyone have to refill their flat Bosu every couple days?

I emailed the manufacturer directly, supplied them the receipt invoice from Amazon as well as the serial number on the ball, and they are shipping me a replacement. It's nice to know there are still manufacturers out there that stand behind their product.
