UPDATE (changing review to 2 stars based on longevity): Less than one year after installing this regulator, it is leaking from within. Eventually, this leak causes the tank pressure to drop overnight (while the system is shut down), to around 40 PSI. Once the tank pressure gets down to about 40 PSI, the regulator stops leaking.
My initial 5 star review below:
My 30 gallon moderate CFM compressor has ever performed so well. Years back, when I first got my compressor, I used it for nailers and moderate blowing of debris.
Now finding myself using many different tool types, I really noticed my air supply was lacking. Consistently I would only have the necessary volume of air for just the first couple of seconds of use. The volume apparently was post regulator within the copper plumbed supply lines to my shop. Once that was depleted, the OEM regulator simply failed at moving air.
Replacing the OEM regulator with this unit has completely resolved my issue. No longer do any of my tools starve for air.
